Muy interesante tu tema. Cambié algunos términos y utilicé la herramienta MESH y Clinical Queries, pero no arrojó revisiones sistemáticas. Sin embargo encontré un estudio que compara el aceclofenaco con el ibuprofeno en dolor postoperatorio luego de una cirugía de tercer molar, donde el ibuprofeno muestra mejores resultados.
